How it works

Start with your workforce. Build the right support.

01 / 04
  1. Understand

We meet with HR and the relevant decision-maker to discuss your priorities. Where useful, a workforce questionnaire helps identify employee needs and barriers to participation.

    • The concerns you are seeing and the support you have already tried
    • What employees need, what they would use and what stopped them before
    • Working hours, remote teams, available space and realistic time
  2. Agree

Together, we define the activities, frequency, employee coverage and practical arrangements. Your proposal sets out the delivery plan, measures and fee.

    • Which activities, how often, and for whom
    • Which employees receive individual coaching
    • A written proposal so you can see exactly what you are buying
  3. Deliver

Coaches provide the agreed sessions, education and individual support, with follow-up that helps employees put their plans into practice.

    • Delivery team, internal sponsor and timetable confirmed at launch
    • People know how and when to take part
    • Support continues between scheduled activities
  4. Review

We review participation, employee feedback and agreed measures with you, then adjust the programme where needed.

    • What people used and what they found helpful
    • Progress against the measures agreed at the start
    • A clear decision: continue, adjust or expand

Two separate decisions

Company sessions and individual coaching are agreed separately.

So you can match the level of support to the people who need it. Weekly company sessions don't automatically mean weekly private coaching for everyone, and an agreed group can receive individual coaching alongside less frequent company activities.

DECISION A

Company sessions

For the wider workforce: group coaching, workshops, events and team building.

DECISION B

Individual coaching

For the employees you agree. Coverage is decided separately.

Who is included

Each included employee gets

  • A designated coach
  • One weekly live online session: review, accountability and training together
  • Personalised workouts and meal plan in the coaching app
  • Coach follow-up between sessions

Your combination

Weekly hybrid company sessions + individual coaching for a pilot group

Review

Agree what matters. Review what happens.

We agree the measures with you before delivery begins. The purpose is a useful decision: what to continue, what to adjust and where more support may be needed.

  1. 1

    Before launch

    Agree the measures

What a useful improvement looks like, and how we will review it.

  2. 2

    During delivery

    Track what happens

Participation, repeat attendance and employee feedback.

  3. 3

    At review

    Review in context

Where suitable data exists, HR reviews agreed business trends alongside it.

  4. 4

    Then

    Decide together

What to continue, adjust or expand.

  • Participation

Who takes part, and who keeps coming back.

  • Employee feedback

What people find useful, and what gets in the way.

  • Agreed goals

Progress against the measures set at the start.

  • Where suitable

    Business trends

Reviewed with HR in context, where suitable company data is available.

We won't promise a percentage improvement or a guaranteed financial return without evidence. We will agree a clear starting point and a review that helps you decide whether to continue, adjust or expand.

A clear starting scope

Start with something useful and realistic.

That could be a defined pilot. We confirm the cost and terms before anyone commits.

  • 01

    An agreed group

  • 02

    A schedule

  • 03

    A review date

What we agree with your company

  • Working hours and locations
  • Space and equipment where needed
  • How the programme is communicated
  • Realistic time for people to take part
